My visits to Awaken180 have consistently been inspiring. Jenna, Skylar, and Michaela consistently demonstrate positivity, inspiration, and expertise in guiding individuals toward optimal well-being. These coaches provide invaluable guidance on achieving personal goals. Upon concluding each visit, I am motivated to intensify my efforts to attain my health objectives. I express my gratitude for your patience, inspiration, and knowledge in assisting me develop a balanced and nutritious eating pattern.

They say nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. Although I wouldn’t describe myself as skinny, I am well within my healthy ranges and feel good about myself and physically. I have learned about moderating my volume consumption and experienced new foods and flavors because I prepare more of my food. It is also a lot less expensive than eating out all the time. Thank you to Joe and his Quincy team. The journey is worth it.

Great program, lots of support. A little pricy but they will guide you for life so that weight you work so hard to lose will not come back. I thought I knew how to eat healthy until I found Awaken 180. They explained what I was doing wrong and made the adjustments I needed. I am down 10 pounds first week and feel confident I will reach my goals and keep it off.
