Such a cool place to help your body recover from exercise. The protocol (infrared sauna, hot and cold plunge, compression therapy, and vibration plate) leaves you feeling amazing. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend Generator Athlete Lab highly enough.

They offer top-notch recovery and training services, including Normatec compression, red light therapy, vibration pads, contrast therapy, and personal training. I have been a member of the generator athelete lab for several months now. All the staff are exquisite: always warm, friendly, making sure things run smoothly, with a lot of attention to detail. My physical health has improved a lot with the recovery protocol and the red light sessions. The trainers are attuned and listened to my needs to offer a bespoke experience. I have had one massage which I found very restorative. There is a high level of congruence between what is delivered and how it is delivered, creating a lived experience of health, well-being and strength. Thank you!
