Dawn is the BEST, and the staff is the sweetest! I had dizziness/vertigo weekly. I work for a neurologist that ruled out anything neurological and thought I should see an ENT. I am 50yrs old. I decided to go see Dawn thinking it could be related to menopause......it was! I have been on HRT now for 4-5 months and feel incredible. No more dizziness.
