Today I had my first appointment at Genesis Lifestyle Clinic in Henderson, and I was immediately impressed by the beautifully decorated space and welcoming atmosphere. After researching different clinics in the area, I felt confident this clinic offered everything I was looking for, especially with my medical background. From the moment I arrived, Imara, the clinic’s Support Services Specialist, greeted me warmly. Her friendly and professional demeanor made me feel at ease, both when I scheduled my appointment and when I met her in person at the front desk. The intake process was thorough but straightforward, with questions designed to assess my overall health and fitness—not just my weight concerns and goals. Tiffany, my intake clinician, efficiently took my blood pressure, conducted basic diagnostics, and asked additional health-related questions before guiding me through a detailed Body Composition Analysis, including my Basal Metabolic Rate. She also reviewed my results briefly and offered helpful advice, such as increasing my exercise routine, drinking more water, and incorporating more lean proteins and healthy fats into my diet, as recommended by the Genesis Lifestyle protocols. Next, I met with Eric, the nurse practitioner, who explained the clinic’s team-based approach and laid out a clear, practical plan to help me reach my weight loss and overall health goals. I really appreciated how thoughtful and sensible his guidance was. Before I left, Heather, the Practice Manager, checked in with me to ensure I felt comfortable with the plan and answered any questions I had. She explained my options for either coming into the office for medication administration or attending a class to learn how to do home injections. They also offer supplements and Vitamin B6 and B12 options, which have reportedly been effective for other patients. The entire team made me feel supported and confident about moving forward with the plan. I was traveling to Mexico before to get pellets at the best price and service, until I found Genesis in Henderson, where Imara at front desk has been amazing helping me with rescheduling and accommodating to my needs during the last 5 years. Eric is the nicest provider and he has a great technique to apply the pellets so gently, that I am so grateful for their service because it is also at a very affordable price.

This place is very welcoming and friendly. I’m in and out with care. Most of my visits I am in the care of Zoe and she takes care of my needs and answers all my questions with the knowledge she has or if she doesn’t know she goes and finds it then communicate it to me so that I leave understanding.
