Pure Medspa and Wellness

I have been going to Michelle for over 3 years now. I was skeptical about getting a facial, but they have changed my life. My self confidence has increased since I started coming to Michelle. I truly believe Michelle knows what's best for my skin every time I see her. I used to wash my face with bar soap and Michelle showed me the proper way to wash my face. I am pleased with Michelle and her work. I have recommended several family members and friends to see Michelle and not one complaint!

I have been seeing Michelle for my skin for about 7 years now. I have seen Michelle at a few places throughout the Las Vegas valley…she is so great that I would follow her to the moon! She is so detail oriented, clean, organized and honest that you will give her free reign to do what she feels your skin needs. Michelle has never made me feel pressured into services or retail that I can use at home and that everyone can agree that is huge when it comes to having services done. I have had a number of services done and purchased many things that she suggested for my skin and never once have I been displeased. Michelle has now opened her own med spa and it’s so beautiful and so incredibly welcoming! I would never consider going elsewhere for all of my skin care needs and hope to start seeing the other ladies at the spa in due time for the other amazing services that are offered! 5 stars in every category!

I love Michelle and her whole staff. I've been to many places for facials and general care for my skin and have finally found a home with Michelle. I go monthly for my upkeep and friends and family have noticed how well my skin looks. I'm 70 and my skin has never looked better. I like to say that she is the Best Kept Secret in Las Vegas for skin care and maintenance.
