Honestly this was the most wonderful thing that has ever happened to me! I was on very bad shape, diabetic, high blood pressure and unable to walk more than 100 yards at a time and needed knee replacement surgery. In less than a year my diabetes is reversed and no longer taking medication for my high blood pressure. Thank goodness for this life saving surgery ❤️

All of the employees were helpful starting with the receptionist who helped me to schedule my appointment. The doctor's assistant was friendly when taking my vitals. I was nervous meeting my doctor for the first time. But I was impressed with Dr. Meguid and feel as though I can trust him with my treatment moving forward.

The front desk receptionist had a very nasty attitude. She lied about my arrival time instead of helping my situation. I arrived at 2:06 for a 2:05 appointment. I waited almost 45 minutes to be seen. When I questioned why I my wait was long she said “You were late and signed in at 2:15, matter of fact we were about to cancel your appointment.” None of that was true. The were actually two ladies that signed in before me who confirmed that we arrived just after 2pm. Needless to say, the delivery was disrespectful. Overall, the other parts of my appointment went well. I was still late picking my children up from school because of the wait time.
