Bridget and Kathleen have been the most incredible resource for me in my weight loss journey. I could've never even dreamed that I would feel like I do now, 9 months after starting with them. They are so personable, easy to talk to, easy to be honest with, and they are so encouraging. I have seen results that again, I could've never even dreamed of and its because of their nutritional teachings, weekly check-ins, and encouragement. I have tried over the years several random diets, food trends, workout trends, etc but its not been until I invested in this personal, intentional plan with them that I have seen any change. I'm so grateful to Bridget and Kathleen for truly helping in changing my life!

The ladies at MD weight loss are very supportive and encouraging. Their program is sustainable and easy to stick to! I also love the chef food provided by Chef Karen of MyChefEats. Healthy food but tastes delicious
