Best massage experience I've ever had, Tylyn was absolutely incredible!! Immediate pain reduction and my body feels like it's 16 again after a massage and fire cupping session with her. Most dramatic changes in shortest amount of time I've experienced and truly epic people!

Reiki sessions with Betsy are deeply restorative and grounding. I left my session feeling centered and a deep sense of calm, which is not how I felt before arriving at MIHS. Everyone at the studio was welcoming and created an experience where I felt safe to land. Betsy is a one-of-a-kind practitioner! So thoughtful and intentional. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
