Electro Fit 512

I have had 7 sessions so far and I now recommend to all of my friends and family. They dive into the science, are super friendly, and the studio is clean and conveniently located. Now that I have done consistently, I can truly tell the difference. I had 2 caesareans and my lower core has been hard to reactivate fully. After reading more about how EMS can help wake back up that muscle connection after injury or surgery, my latest session finally activated my lowest core muscles that I haven’t felt in years. Exactly what I needed!
