Sound Health Connects

This is a great program offered by a great company. I was looking for something that was NOT a fad diet, but instead helps me to lose weight by changing my habits to be more healthy for a lifetime. This program fit the bill. They work with you to design a program that works for *you*, not a program that you have to fit into. They would make suggestions for healthier eating, for example. Sometimes I loved the food, other times I didn't like it. If I didn't, they would say, "Don't eat that then. Try this and see if you like it better." It was all about finding things that worked for you. They really try to address the whole "you", with a nutrition coach, an exercise coach, and another coach that helps you with other things going on in your life like stress, trouble sleeping, etc. It was a great approach to address all the things in your life that affect your health. Another review said there were missed appointments. In six months, *I* missed a couple appointments, but I never had a no-show or last minute cancellation from them. Very professional. If you are looking to lose weight, look better, feel better, and make a positive improvement in your life, SHC can help you do that.

Good advice and consistent coaching. A gentle nudge when you are not feeling motivated, a kind word when you have really blown it, and always with a goal of helping find a new way that is easily sustainable. A good investment of time and resources.
