I have spent 2019 working on improving my health with Dr Monroe and have made great changes including losing 30#. I dropped sugar, gluten and dairy in addition to foods that I am sensitive to eating. I improved my health in multiple areas including triglycerides, cholesterol, and vitamin deficiencies. It takes work but can be done. Highly recommend!
