MWC Telehealth Weight Loss

I love this place and Nurse Hope. I am almost 70 years old. Don't mean to brag (lies, lies), but November 1, 2019 I was busting out waist size 44 and 244 pounds. Today, I squeezed into waist size 34 and 190 pounds. Still a work in progress.

This place is Great! The staff is super friendly and Helpful! However, if its your first time taking Phentermine, ease your way into it! Do 5 mg in morning, and no other caffeine during day. I also like the Appetite suppressants, and the CBD Oil Max strenghth to use before bed. Keep in mind you will need to workout in conjunction to taking this medication. I workout in the morning 3-5 times a week doing aerobics with light weights and or swimming laps in my pool. It will build muscle and keep the weight off. I also will have a cheat meal once a week followed by exercise the same day. I have lost 10 lbs, and 10 more to go! My clothes fit great and I am shopping again and loving how I look!!
