Dr. Dina Peralta-Reich

Dr. Peralta -Reich was my Daughter pediatrician for almost a year during her straggle with eating disorder. beside being very kind and caring, she was one of the main reasons why my daughter start to eat again. Dr. Dina is highly professional and she wont waste your time or your money. We are as a family extremely thankful for her and highly recommend her.

I started my weight loss journey with Dr. Dina in October of 2022. 

At the start, we discussed how I wanted to change my lifestyle habits regarding my relationship with food, investing in myself, and exercise habits. 

Now, in March of 2023, I am down 30 pounds and feel great. I am learning better ways to prepare my meals. Now I look forward to making my meals. My exercise routine has also helped me tone, tighten, and burn. I feel I have more energy, and my sleep is even better.

 Is my journey over? No, I’m still working every day on sustainability, but I feel that with the help I receive from Dr. Dina and the healthy avenues she has shown me, I can be successful in the long run.
 I look forward to what the future holds!

Dr. Peralta-Reich is simply the best. She is my go to Dr. for everything. She has such a holistic approach to wellness. She is not just a knowledgable/ brilliant doctor but she is also a kind soul who truly cares about your wellbeing, and that is very rare to find. Im so grateful for her.
