Started back up with them May 2025 and no problem with taking your money. But today i was on time for my appointment and the nurse practitioner took the lady that was clearly late for her appointment first. Not a good way to do business and every appointment I’ve had starts late. My time is valuable as well and when it comes to punctuality I take it very serious.

I can’t say enough about Options Weight Loss Clinic. From day one their program has been supportive, easy to follow and truly life changing Their personalized guidance made my weight loss journey achievable and sustainable. Janelle provides the injections and she is absolutely wonderful, always pain free and she is very attentive. I can’t say enough about Matt. He is personable, makes you feel comfortable and truly knowledgeable. He is invested in your weight loss just as much as you are. The front desk ladies are super nice and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. If you are looking for a program that really works, I highly recommend this place. I go to the Gahanna office. You won’t regret it.

I had nothing but positive things to say about my care. Yet , now my views have changed. I had a concern and spoke with my health coach. And with anything there is a time frame for a cancellation. And I provided what was asked of me to cancel one of my treatments. And now I’m not receiving any communication. Via phone nor email. And they have no other way to reach the office. I expressed this needed to be handled since im leaving for work. She assured me she would contact me back and I’ve yet to hear anything. And I’ve actually left a message for the Manager. And neither have contacted me to let me know that the matter was handled. I do not want this to affect me Credit and let her know this. So, I’m confused at why they are dropping the ball? It’s a simple request and yet no one has reached out to confirm.
