Botox failed? Got it done April 17….its only the prime time for Botox to be kicked in… with photos & dates….I have NEVER had this happen until now. I’ve always responded perfectly to 18 units, so I went a bit higher in units since I took some years off- more than I’ve ever had. it takes two weeks for it to fully kick in… I should have had a frozen face by the time I took the photo in the white T-shirt! (Which I don’t want!) lol but not one change…. So the clinic is Actually kind enough to try and fix the problem, especially my girl. They have excellent employees and customer service as well!! They work really hard to make sure that you are satisfied, and beyond that happy with the results. I will do a follow up post on how corporate handles the situation. I highly recommend Chicky (her nickname, Can’t think of her real name at the moment) who is it at both locations of The Skin Center. She really is understanding, compassionate and knowledgeable. I anxiously await corporates response to nothing changing and finding a solution. The first one is between two and three weeks…..The last three photos are a month To about a month and a half after treatment. After living in California for a decade, I am looking for a new home to get all of my skin care needs met. For I need to look flawless Yet , natural for my occupation and career.

I had an extremely positive experience at the Shaker Skin Center location. My clinician, Bailey, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and she had some great insight into addressing the concerns I brought to the table. I am excited to see the results of my Botox and fully plan to return to this location!

I'm so happy I found The Skin Center in Shaker Heights! First, the consultation helped guide me to what treatment would work best for my goals! I received Botox treatment on my forehead, and I am so pleased with the results. The staff is extremely talented and knowledgeable, and they are also very friendly. They answered any questions I had about my treatment plan as well as other concerns that came up during my appointment. They also did a follow-up to make sure I was 100% happy with the results of my treatment - which I was. The office space itself is chic but warm and inviting, with ample natural light and a clean, open feel. I will definitely be returning for more treatments in the future!
