Love this place. The red light therapy is amazing. I feel energized after my session and it looks like I’ve lost a bit of those stubborn fatty areas as well. The red light room is so relaxing. The wraps can get warm so the light fan is a nice touch. The wave sound machine always puts me to sleep. Nice 20 minute nap. Afterwards, you get on the “shaker” machine. While you’re on it, it literally feels like the fat is being shaken off your body. I’ve tried a couple of their “one a day bars” as well. They are gluten free. I liked the Vanilla Caramel crunch the best.

I had a Red light therapy session. Staff is very helpful, takes time to explain everything and make you feel comfortable while you enjoy the experience. Just give it a try! 🙂

I've been a virtual member with Jessica for a couple weeks but I went into the Lynnwood location for a red light appointment. It was great. The gal was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I quickly felt at ease. She went through everything! The environment was bright and cheery and clean. Lots of SSG products too. I'll certainly go back!
