Brandy is the perfect mix of scientist and healer. 🙌 She broke down scalp and hair health in a way that I could understand, and showed me microscopic photos of my scalp (her microscope was honestly better than the one at my work lab 🤯). I got a cool science lesson and a spa day all in one. She made me a wonderful customized clover and lemongrass aromatherapy, gave me a scalp, head, and neck massage that melted the stress right out of me, and finished with a steam conditioning treatment…definitely my new happy place. Then she took photos again, and WOW…my scalp looked healthier and my hair came out shiny, soft, and bouncy. I looked like I could be in a hair commercial. 😂 I walked out feeling refreshed, cared for, and grateful. This isn’t just a spa service…it’s an experience. I came in for a keratin treatment and had such a great experience! The stylist was super friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The service was amazing and hijabi-friendly, they even offered to close the blinds, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back! I had a wonderful experience at Crown Head Spa with Brandy. I got the Crown Royale service and couldn’t have asked for a more thorough, relaxing, and rejuvenating time. Brandy took her time to hear any concerns I had about my hair and scalp and explained different techniques and routines that could help me towards my hair goals. She then took me through my scalp analysis and educated me on the areas for treatment during the service before taking me over to the shampoo bowl for the BEST scalp massage and cleaning of my life—I didn’t want it to end!
