We purchased a 6 month “unlimited” treatment plan for 2700 dollars last year for unlimited red light treatments for my wife. About a month into it my wife had a bad fall and shattered her knee cap and had it surgically repaired. She was laid up for about 5 months. She is 71 yrs old and has many health issues. I called and asked if they would freeze the account until she healed up. Long story short the surgery failed and had to be redone. So when she was finally able to get around she started going back. To be honest, she called in a few times the morning of her appt and let them know she could not make it. The last time was last week. Sometimes she gets up in the morning and feels ill for one reason or another. I happened to hear the conversation when she called and said she could not make it. She was threatened with Trim Fit just canceling the whole thing. All in all I think she has had around 25 treatments. When she was planning on about 50 treatments. I know there is a 24 hour policy for cancellation and I totally understand it, however 2700 dollars should be enough to cover a few morning of cancellations and still continue being treated. Or come to an agreement and give us a pro rated refund. Not just cancel the whole thing. I see the reviews and they are mostly 5 star. So I know they have a quality service but we have really had a rough time over the last 9 months or so require a little more understanding. She has arteriosclerosis and weakness on her left side. She needs a walker to ambulate. She is blind in one eye from a stroke has gall stones and many other maladies. She can not drive so I am her transportation and I’m not in great shape either. There are some mornings because of nerve damage that I can not drive. And an uber to get there even though it’s only three mile as away is 25 to 35 dollars due to peak times. And most of her appts are from 11am to 1 pm. That’s not an option. I hope the owner sees this and finds it within himself to have a little more understanding. We will try our hardest to make appts and not cancel the day of. The wife doesn’t know I am writing this because she doesn’t want to make any waves so I’m asking the owner to not tell her about this review. I on the other hand am the one that usually speaks up. Thank you.

Amber and Lee are the best team ever. I came in with all hopes lost, tried everything in the books but with the help of them 2, I got back to my normal weight.. I'm now doing skin tightening and everyone can see the difference.. Really recommended this place

The staff are super friendly and really care for the patients! Very affordable! It has been a whole life change for the better for me!!! Before starting here I was stuck in weight for 4 months no matter what I did but once starting I have lost over 25 pounds and feel so much better! I would recommend them to anyone if it’s only a few pounds or a hundred they will definitely get you where you need to be and in a short time!!!
