Stephanie was been amazing from the jump! As soon as I called she was super bright and nice, got me and my friend scheduled together same day. She walked us through the whole process which has been 10/10! They have such a detailed process that really gave a sense of confidence going into this being my first time. We got a blanket and snacks too! Come here!!!

I was so excited to come here and start feeling better! Had a great check in experience and the person at the front was very helpful and knowledgeable. After going over options I decided I wanted to sign up as a member. After the initial paperwork the nurse did a fantastic job of inserting my iv and it was a very calm and relaxing experience. The reason for this review is that on the way to checkout a man came in with a very energetic and excited yellow lab walked in to check in. This person was greeted, checked in, and allowed back to the group iv room, with the dog pulling and tugging excitedly on the lease and scrambling on the floor. I was quite taken aback that a dog that clearly wasn’t a service animal was allowed in what’s basically a medical setting. I asked the front desk person if they normally allow dogs and she said that it was a support animal. I understand service animals are needed and required, but support animals are not, they are pets. While she was pleasant during this conversation, I told her I wasn’t comfortable signing up for a membership as a dog, especially behaving like that in a medical setting that is designed to be serene, safe, and hygienic is clearly not ok. Dogs are wonderful creatures! There are some places that are not appropriate for them, and a “medical” office is one. I feel better after my infusion, but I will be looking for a business that takes a more careful and appropriate approach to their client and patient care.

I’ve had such a great experience at this DRIPBar. The staff is very personable and informative. Always greets you with a smile. I had a lot of anxiety when I first tried getting IV drips, but they completely put me at ease. I would highly recommend this location to anyone curious in holistic health practices.
