From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming. This was my first time getting any cosmetic procedure, and I was honestly so nervous. Amy went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience so easy and relaxing. I walked out feeling amazing and absolutely love my lips! I couldn’t recommend this place more they’ve definitely earned my future business.

River Oaks Galleria Med Spa was amazing! from the moment I walked into the door, to meeting with the doctor, to getting my hydrafacial. Everyone was so nice and accommodating! The place was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. My service provider was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable, she recommended some good products for my skin, but did not make me feel pressured to buy anything which was really important to me as most places make you feel obligated & uncomfortable to do so. I will definitely be coming back not only for facials but for other services as well, they offer a lot of things! They also have a reward program which I really like!

My consultation with Dr. Usoro was detailed, thorough, and reassuring—she was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Her technique and attention to detail gave me complete confidence, even before seeing the final results. This is a beautiful spa, and as a nurse myself, I wholeheartedly recommend giving them a try!
