The staff at MRC are incredible. We will be forever grateful for the program and the staff. They helped us as a couple to lose a combined 120 lbs a few years back. We gained a small amount back in the last year and they are now helping us refocus to stay at our target weight. Thank you MRC. ❤️

Abi is amazing! Always patient, kind, respectful, encouraging, and flexible with my crazy work and life schedule.
