I mean, nobody should be doubting Dr. Bruce at this point. This lovely woman got me started on one hell of a journey to get my then fat ass into working shape. I was 321 lbs at that point. Because of her having the good sense to show me the realities of what my future would look like if I kept a McDonalds diet, and then giving me a realistic plan to implement, I’m 265 lbs today. I hit the gym every two days without fail, and my knees are thankful for the much lighter upper body. Then there’s the TRT. I had zero idea I was so low. Well, the good doctor stepped in and put me on the proper plan for that too. There was a time when I was all about steaks and milkshakes and then exiting the planet at over 300lbs. Now, because of Aina, I’m in a “earn your breaks, get your ass to the gym” mindset, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Dr. Bruce is amazing! I had been to a couple other men's wellness centers and none come close to the attention received at Apex Men's Wellness. Since the first consultation, Dr. Bruce covered everything from physical, mental and hormone health. She was thorough, patient, detailed about past and current issues and concerns. Initially I went in seeking answers and direction for testosterone imbalances but she is now my go to for any wellness, fitness, nutrition, weight loss, and recovery issues. After a couple of months following her advice and program, I have attained increased, sustained energy levels, clearer and shaper mental focus, improved sleep and optimal hormone levels that have me feeling years younger.

I've only been on the program for six weeks and I'm very pleased with the results. My energy levels and libido are up substantially. Aina is easy to work with and does a great job of explaining my test results. Unfortunately, my bald spot is still there.🤣🤣
