I highly recommend hiring Nuvitru Wellness to guide you through your health journey! I sought them out via Google search and booked a consult appointment with Dr. Lahana who helped me form my initial health plan and taught me so much. Then I was also paired with Katie who is so motivating and also very knowledgeable during our bi-weekly calls. They have helped me tremendously solve my digestion difficulties and helped reeducate me on healthy food choices, supplements and recipes. They have restored my confidence, quality of life and overall health!!

Started my journey with Nuvitru a few months back after years of listening to Lahana's podcast and I am sooo glad I finally pulled the trigger. Came in with chronic heartburn, a rash on my face, and 2.5 years of infertility. Katie and Lahana started me off with the gut protocol to address the root cause of all of my issues I had going on, as well as some other testing. My progress did seem a bit slow to start, but my heartburn quickly went away and i was able to figure out my trigger foods.
