I tried a lot of programs. This was the only one that worked. In about 10 weeks I lost over 30 pounds. (32 lbs to be exact). I have kept the weight off since 2021. I recommend this program. It was easy and the cost was very reasonable.

As a result of getting healthier my primary physician took me off the diabetes medication he had me on (Metformin). That is huge for me. I hate being on any type of medications. Now I feel great.
