Dr. Perlman is a world class plastic surgeon. He has the finest credentials in the field. He is a master at face, breast and body contouring! He has extraordinary talent in the art and science of breast reconstruction. I was butchered by a former doctor and Dr. Perlman with great patience and expertise completely restored my chest. His skill is matched by his kind compassionate manner. I refer family and friends to him with great confidence that he is the best in his field!
Texas Institute for Anti Aging is a wonderful place to go for all things health, beauty, weight loss and staying youthful inside and out! Dr Perlman and his staff are well educated and stay up to date on all the newest anti-aging advancements. I highly recommend them!
