Dr. Itri has amazing knowledge about aging and longevity and the latest research results. His approach is medically and scientifically grounded while holistic, covering lab tests, medications, and lifestyle changes. He applies these approaches to himself and can speak from personal experience and with no judgements. I learn many new and useful insights every time I meet with him.
