Marlene is very professional and knowledgeable. I've only undergone 1 facial with her so far and my face already looks better. My skin is a little sensitive and was slightly irritated after using one of the PCA products I purchased. Marlene immediately replaced the product w/ a gentler alternative that is working really well. Highly recommend!
