My wife and I came in for a service with Holly and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Holly was professional, friendly, and made sure we were completely comfortable the entire time. The front desk ladies, Courtney and Madison, were incredible super welcoming, helpful, and made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free. You can really tell they care about their clients and love what they do. Highly recommend this place if you want great service, positive energy, and a team that genuinely goes above and beyond. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I had an amazing time at Kalos! The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. They made sure we were all set and took great care of us. Carolyn was my service provider, and she’s been in the business for 20 years! She was so knowledgeable and didn’t rush me into anything I didn’t need. That’s the kind of office that cares about you, not just your money. She explained all my options and gave me some great advice for the future. I’m already looking forward to coming back! Holly took great of my husband and I during his appointment and also recommended me an amazing lash serum that I purchased from them directly (I’m excited to try). Tiffany and medical staff are amazing! Very well educated and versed in different fields. Very empathetic and brings patients comfort and confidence through her excellent relationship skills and experience. Procedure went very well! Comfortable the entire time and very little discomfort post procedure! Can’t wait to see the full results as my body processes everything.
