For five years I have tried every diet in the book and haven’t been able to loose more than 2 pounds ever. I’m not good at food prep and that made it very difficult to stick to a meal plan. I came to Rita with a dream goal of losing 15 pounds. Five weeks in to the ideal protein program, i’m still going strong and I’ve lost 13 pounds! I couldn’t be happier or healthier!
