METSI Primary Care, Concierge Care, and Holistic Medicine

There is no doubt that Dr. Garrick is very knowledgeable and has the intention to deliver proactive, concierge healthcare as stated. We had a fruitful first meeting to align with the goals of his practice in relation to the goals that I wanted for a doctor and my personal health. Unfortunately, I do not think he has the bandwidth to implement this care with his current schedule unless he hires an assistant or integrates a more efficient system for his practice. Most of my text message requests went unanswered. I used his services for three months, but couldn't even get bloodwork scheduled when this was requested for three weeks in a row, promising each meeting this would be scheduled same-day. To further this point, I have cancelled my membership over three months ago, which he acknowledged occurring. But for each month since I am still getting subscription charges attempted from this practice, even with reminders each time to please cancel these charges. I do not want to make this post but feel other people searching for options need to be aware of what may occur as it has to me before considering Metsi Care. I would like nothing more than for Dr. Garrick to implement a better system for his practice and deliver quality care as advertised on the website, but that is not what I experienced.

Dr. Garrick is a 1 of 1 in todays healthcare landscape. Professional, transparent, flexible, and personal. I contacted Dr. Garrick about a hand issue I was having. In my profession, I work with my hands. Same day, he was able to see me, diagnose my issue and treat my issue with a minor procedure. I write this the next day with zero pain and full satisfaction. I highly recommend Dr Garrick 🤙🏽
