Sarah always takes her time to talk with me about my areas of concern and what I want to accomplish. Her results speak for themselves as they are extremely natural.

I cannot recommend Lily Lane enough! From the moment I walked in, the entire experience was warm, professional, and reassuring. Lauren took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, explained every step of the process, and made me feel completely comfortable. What impressed me most was how she balanced precision with care—there was no rushing, and she made sure I was happy at every step. The facility is gorgeous! The front staff was welcoming and friendly. I was taken to my treatment room shortly after arrival and was made very comfortable. They asked if there was anything I needed before they left the room. The treatment room was beautifully designed and extremely clean. Lauren came into the room within minutes and introduced herself. She was warm and friendly and I felt at ease immediately. I was given a mirror and she wanted to find out my concerns about what I saw in the mirror. We went over everything that I was wanting to improve or correct. I loved how she was not judgemental at all. She began addressing my concerns and presented options for multiple treatments that would produce the results I was hoping to achieve. She created a treatment plan specifically catered to my wants (and she also provided the costs of the treatments)!!! I appreciated being presented with the specific treatments and costs prior to making a decision about what I wanted to do. I didn’t feel pressured at all. I was told that the treatments were options and that I could do one, multiple or none (whatever I chose). My consultation was for an hour and it took that entire hour because Lauren detailed everything about the treatments. I also had the time to ask questions about details regarding every procedure. Lauren was patient and I felt she wanted to address all my concerns that I had. After my consultation I did have my Dysport and Xeomin injections (that was the second hour I had booked). She is a great injector! I had minimal discomfort (almost none). My favorite part was when she warned me that a certain area was gonna be a little “spicy” (for those that have had injections before u know what areas)! I just loved that “perfect and cute word” she used. So, in conclusion (which I’m sure anyone reading this to the end is going to say…thank goodness she’s finally going to stop talking), I have to say that I love this place, love Lauren and can’t wait to schedule my next appt!!!!! Highly recommend Lily Lane to anyone looking for a place that can help them bring out their “gorgeous” outer self!
