beem® Light Sauna Nashville-Green Hills

From the moment I stepped inside, everyone greeted me with a warm smile. Hannah, in particular, gave me a tour and provided valuable information about the red light therapy and sauna. The experience was truly exceptional. I left with radiant, dewy skin and a sense of overall lightness. It was an incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating session. I literally thought about it and talked about my time there for the rest of the day!

I was happy to hear about Beem and try out the infrared sauna and medical grade red light therapy. The space is bright and calming. Everyone who works there is so nice and welcoming. The rooms are spotless. The saunas come with an iPad and built in speakers so you can listen to music or watch Netflix while you relax. It is not as hot as a regular sauna so the 40 minutes is easily doable. The red light therapy has a lot of benefits and with time I could see being super helpful, whereas the sauna was an immediate relaxation. I will definitely be back!

I have had a wonderful experience so far. I enjoy the sessions very much - calming and relaxing and I am hopeful that the red light therapy will be effective for my arthritic pain. Jack has been so helpful and informative.
