This program helped me out so much by showing me how to eat properly and do portion control. I was able to achieve a weight loss of over 30 pounds. The coaches are awesome and willing to help you with anything that you need by losing all the weight that I did, I don’t have the aches and pains that I used to have And I feel so much better. I would recommend this program to everyone.

I have been going to the Shelby Township location. I have lost 30 pounds so far and I feel and look better than I have in a long time. The staff is great and so is Dr. Picard. They really help you with your Weightloss goals and it is a doable program, but you have to be committed and you will lose weight. I love that there are no shakes to purchase, no prepackaged food to purchase. It’s all fresh food you buy yourself at the grocery store, it’s all about portion control. The staff is wonderful and they are patient and willing to help you every step of the way. I would recommend this organization if you want to eat healthy for the rest of your life and feel better overall. Anyone can do this program it’s a better way of life.

The staff at Michigan Weight Loss was great to work with and helped me lose my belly fat and "love handles"! The diet wasn't fun the first week, but past day 7 things got much easier and I no longer craved the fatty, gross foods that I was devouring before. I had been looking at and tried a bunch of different diets but none of them fully incorporated the science that MWL uses. It was well worth the cost to get a lifelong program for a healthier lifestyle.
