I have been going to Nenergy for a few months and Rachel and Alex have been taking good care of me.. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. It’s so annoying when people show up close to closing and ask for a service and you have to stay late. I am that annoying person!! And not for a moment did Leslie, Farah or the doctor make me feel anything less than cared for. The doctor patiently consulted with me, and made pertinent suggestions without pushing. It was my first time and I was hesitant, but he took the time to put me at ease. The nurse Farrah was AMAZING, she is kind, explained and has a deft hand. Leslie made sure I had water, the proper heat pack and patiently explained every step of the process. She even took extra time to make the glutathione addition comfortable. Thank you for making this such a comfortable and positive experience! I was really scared going in and now I know I will be back!
