My initial consultation with Erik was informative and easy to understand and the program I selected worked well for my goals. All the staff members are extremely friendly and the services do produce results. Not only did I lose over 6 inches off those pesky problem areas, but I am now more mindful of my diet and water intake. Started on 7/29 at close to 240lbs. Stepped on the scale this morning to 217. Some of my clothes are fitting that haven’t fit in years. They are great at checking in with you to see how you’re doing, making sure you’re comfortable and keeping you focused on meeting your goals. When you plateau, they help you work through it. I’m trying to see if my friend wants to give it a try already.
