the whole team from erica, fernando, and lauren- were all very kind, genuine, and professional which isn’t always common to find in the aesthetics industry. fernando was always happy to accommodate my busy schedule, lauren was pleasant, and erica is very down to earth and personable. she has a true passion for making every person feel and look their best. i am also a younger client, and i appreciate that i was still treated the same. :) that being said, i did unfortunately have some issues in the beginning with the technique used in my earlier treatments and my skins reactivity, resulting in horrible PIH. after i originally addressed these concerns, i was told that this treatment has been done successfully on people with my same skin tone countless times, which felt diminishing like as it was my fault that my skin reacted. however, erica resolved my concerns promptly and professionally and i am satisfied with my result. still, i do think it could have been even better if the proper technique was implemented since the very beginning. independent factors like skin reactivity vary largely between all clients. patch tests should always be standard protocol before all chemical topical treatments, on all clients regardless of how many times it’s been done before, this is common sense. but human error is inevitable in any practice, and when it’s properly addressed, no one should be penalized for that. i will return again for any aesthetic services in the future! thank yall

I have been coming to Aesthetica for many years and highly recommend them. I’ve been to other medspas around town and they are by far the best. I’ve always been happy with all my services , and they are not pushy but have made suggestions for different treatments (when I’ve asked for advice) that I wouldn’t have thought of but absolutely love the results. All of the staff is great and it’s always a pleasant experience coming in. Thank you Aesthetica , yall are the best!!!!

ERICA was so awesome!! The only injector I want from now on! I was very nervous about getting lip filler because I didn’t want it to be bumpy etc.. but it turned out perfect. She did an amazing job and I had minimal bruising! I had the tiniest mark from the needle. I have had friends with huge bruises and uneven lips. She made them look very natural which was exactly what I was going for. I would highly recommend this place!
