My Journey with weight loss has been on going and personal. I've tried various opportunities, even surgery. The surgery took me from a whopping 357 pounds to 180 pounds Then I vascilated between 180 pounds to 230 pounds. Currently I've restarted my Journey. Health, wellness, fun and patience met me here. Currently I've lost weight weekly and I feel amazing. I love everyone on staff . They all care about you becoming your best self. I could rave about these professionals all day. I’ve had an incredible experience with Natural Xpression. My NP has taken a holistic approach, focusing not just on weight loss but also on improving my relationship with food and adopting a sustainable lifestyle.
