I had tweaked my hip and glute and was having trouble walking because it was so tight and knotted. I tried rolling, stretches, all sorts of different exercises to loosen it up and nothing worked. Lauren used cupping and acupuncture and I couldn’t believe how much it helped. Even an hour after the treatment, it loosened up and was feeling better. An incredible practice and very fairly priced - I will be back!
