As all other reviews have pointed out this is a dishonest and disorganized practice, where no one takes responsibility. The first call is like a snake-oil salesman pitch - where I was told hormones I was taking for a short amount of time would not impact the hormone test Dr. Nada Milosavljevic, MD requires to be done through her company/partner only, which is of course not true. Then I was given a list of a bunch of fees to "register", have the preliminary tests before meeting with the doctor, and following appointments with Dr. Nada totalling to thousand(s). All the quotes given initially were false and the soon turned out to be double or triple the price. Dr. Nada's office waits until you have already spent a bunch on other things like registering and blood tests to start double/triple charging. Then the hormone test itself, no one tells you it's 19 days after your last cycle. You figure this out on your own - further delaying your appointment. This lab lost all my paperwork documenting the time of the tests making it highly inaccurate. To worsen this experience, after being told by Dr. Nada's office it was covered under my insurance (I had two insurances) and if not, worse case scenario it would be about $200 out of pocket. The lab gets the test to process and tell me it's not covered under either insurance, and they confirm in writing they won't process by email due to this and the issues with processing in time and accurately (it's also been 2 weeks since they received at this point). Then without permission, and after telling me it won't be processed they send me an over TWO THOUSAND DOLLAR BILL!!! That's a lot different than covered by insurance or worst case $200 bill. Additionally, I asked multiple times where to send results from my endocrinologist and specialists that gave a deep view into my holistic health, including hormones -- the whole reason I'm paying Dr. Nada out of pocket to look at holistically - no response. They only cared about the tests they get paid off of. Results came in from labs that required a blood transfusion and urgent care, Dr. Nada and her staff were non existent and I had to book other doctors in the months waiting period of meeting Dr. Nada, although already paid, and Dr. Nada received these labs. In addition, Dr. Nada's office gave away 2 of my appointment times. Then on the day of my actual appointment asked to change a day before, so I moved a meeting at work to accommodate them and then they no-showed -- why might you ask? Because they tried to call in the morning for ANOTHER PAYMENT and couldn't reach me, never emailed or asked for this before. Then when I said I cannot continue because I have written documentation of the multiple times you've been dishonest - they blamed corporate although every interaction had been with their team, took no responsibility and sent me to the better business bureau to report the franchise, not their practice. This place could care less about your health, and most certainly lies about what you will be paying out of pocket. Which is unfortunate as many of us would be happy to pay for honest and genuine care. As someone who works in this space, and has deep experience in how these tests and practices should work, please do trust this practice with your health.

When all else failed I turned to the expertise and professionalism of Dr Nada and her elite staff to help make me the best I could be. I had gained weight, lost energy and my cholesterol was through the roof. I called and spoke to Ali at the front desk who was able to get me in quickly due to a cancellation. Dr. Nada scheduled lab work so she could understand what was going on with my body and then prepare an attack plan to get me back on track. We covered diet, supplements, exercise and even life choices. 3 Months later I am down 20 pounds, my muscle mass is coming back in, my cholesterol has dropped to the point I no longer need Statins !!! and my energy has been renewed. I can't Thank Dr Nada and her team enough. Caring, professional, and always a phone call away to answer questions.

Horrible experience. Lots of false promises. Charged outrageous amounts and loaded up supplements but really wasn't interested in finding root of the problem and helping a vulnerable patient. Finally found a real integrative doctor who easily diagnosed problem as PCOS. Dr. Nada is really not interested in results -- this is a franchise money making scam!! When we wanted to talk about next steps and the fact that the results were worse, she was evasive, unhelpful and shifty. Bad energy.
