They may have changed their name but it doesn’t take away from the horrible customer service, dirty rooms, and chaotic nature of this place. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

I was looking to try out the cryo chamber to help work some pain I was dealing with in my back and knee. The chamber is super easy to use and the available blue tooth headphones make it easy to forget that you're freezing. There are two parts to the chamber, one get rid of moisture then the extra cold one where the magic happens. The main chamber takes a few seconds to get used to, due to the air being pumped in, it creates a wind-chill. The only difficulty that I had was finding the location. Chill n Out shares a space with other businesses, so it's not easily seen from the street. I went during the middle of the day, so street parking was ample.Thank you to Michelle for helping me out while I was there. I plan on going back to try some of the other services including the sauna and red light therapy.

Love it here! I try to go once a week. The cryo chamber is super cold and the saunas are super hot. The red light bed is comfortable and the compression boots are awesome. The shower and restrooms are always clean. Roman is very helpful and friendly. Go check it out for yourself 👍👍
