Dr. Amy Nelson, ND

Dr. Nelson seriously helped me. I had been experiencing insomnia, digestion issues and brain fog for over a year and was just getting the “it’s just stress” dismissal from multiple doctors my insurance covered. Dr. Nelson was super thorough in her intake and appointment. I think it’s the first time I had a doctor’s appointment that didn’t end with them rushing off in 10 minutes. She was also very thorough in her testing and I am glad. I had a lot of work to do but after 2-3 months I felt about 80% better. If you’re having some mystery root cause of symptoms that get dismissed, do yourself a favor and book an appointment. I know it’s out of pocket, but my only regret is that I didn’t know about it sooner.

Dr. Amy is amazing! She looks to solve the root causes of body issues and works to solve them holistically through diet and supplements. I have found her methods to be effective and superior to those of my PCP and specialists I have seen. Highly recommend!!! Worth the out of pocket cost!! I am already feeling so much better and it's only been a few weeks since followed her recommendations. We need more Dr. Amys in the world.

Dr. Amy is one of the smartest people I know! Her scientific knowledge of the body gives her a huge advantage when it comes to health and wellness. Make sure to record your sessions with her because she will give you tons of information you’ll want to revisit. If you’re struggling with anything chronic, she can get to the root of the problem. It might be a little more out-of-pocket on the front end but well worth it. You will actually get an answer to your issue and a protocol to finally get it fixed!
