I went in with a goal to lose 35 pounds and a year later, lost close to 50 pounds with reasonable and sustainable changes. I didn’t want to go on another “diet” and am so happy that I decided to trust what Lesley and Dr. Ratay had to offer in terms of how to change my habits. It has helped me to be healthier than ever at age 47 and it has helped to me to understand how to encourage my family to make the same healthy choices.
