Honestly this is the best spa l have been to in Chattanooga! First off as soon as I entered the salon I was greeted with a warm and genuine smile! I came in today to get an all over color with Brittany who to say the least is a color Expert and thank goodness because my hair definitely needed some help after being extremely damaged from going blonde. I feel amazing after leaving any service with Ms. Rogers. As I was waiting I was amazed by the selection of upscale products such as face masks, unique Teleties brand hair clips, multiple LED therapy options that were highly rated online, as well as Self-Warming eye masks that relieve headache's. Oh and did I mention a variety of hair products that truly work and even affordable options with amazing results! The customer service is exceptional and I will definitely be back this month. I think Chattanooga Head Spa would be perfect for anyone dealing with daily stressors and looking for an escape to relax to even doing group pampering events such as bridal parties. Thrilled to know about this gem! Thank you to the awesome staff for being personable and knowledgeable!!

My friends and I booked appointments here for a fun girls day out, but it was so much more than that. This place is incredible! Christie has paid attention to every detail- the ambience, aesthetics, and atmosphere are all perfect. ALL the staff is so welcoming, kind, professional, and accommodating. This was my first head spa experience, but it definitely will not be my last. Becca, who did my wash, has healing in her hands. It was such a refreshing and peaceful experience. I cannot recommend this business enough and already look forward to going back.

Just left Chattanooga Head Spa and I’m absolutely blown away! The entire experience was a 10/10! From the calming atmosphere to the the staff who went out of their way to make me feel special on my birthday. The facial and head spa treatment were beyond relaxing. I will definitely be booking another appointment in the future.
