HMR saved my life! I started the program over three years ago and lost 70 lbs. to reach my goal weight in a year. I have kept that off (within 5-7 pounds) in the last two years in the maintenance (Phase 2) phase and applaud the coaches I have had in steering me to these results. The Zoom group weekly sessions are not to be missed and I have been meeting such wonderful community members, all so willing to share ideas for success. In addition to getting my mobility back, my health has improved dramatically--reduction in blood pressure meds, lower a1C, lower cholesterol, and the list goes on. This is not a diet! It is a health management program with tremendous benefits. It is a way of life!!! And I am endlessly thankful.

I lost 50lbs! In about 6-7 months! I love the in-clinic support and accountability. Food is delicious! I loved the convenience of the packaged meals- I could take them anywhere with me. So many options and recipes. Shakes are delicious! The in-clinic classes taught me how to think differently about eating and preparing food, so I keep my weight off! I’ve been in maintenance for a year- I love the long term support. Do it!! You will love the healthier, happier you! I’m 122 lbs size 4!! 🥰❤️😊😎

The food is satisfactory. The customer service sucks. My order was processed on 9/27 and UPS label was created the same day, however it took 14 days to actually ship and another several days to arrive. I ran out of food during this time. There are always several meal options that you are not able to order due to low inventory and the number of those increased each order. I called to find out when my food would come and left a message. The recording indicated I would receive a call back in 1 to 2 business days. Still waiting a week later. Nevertheless I have canceled due to lack of customer support.
