House of Drip & Wellness

I usually go to House of Drip & Wellness once or twice a year for my laser hair removal touch-ups, which I’ve been doing with zeina.. SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST laser technician I’ve ever met. Shes well educated and trained on ALL different types of lasers, plus she has the greatest bedside manner there is. Makes the whole laser experience so comfortable that you forget you’re getting laser at all. Shes so good that shes fast too, so I can easily book my appointments at my lunch break. Shes always working with my schedule to fit me in and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. Even though I come mainly for Zeina (I refuse to let anyone else touch me), my last visit completely changed my skincare journey. While I was in the lobby, one of the owners, Megan, overheard me venting about the horrible congestion and breakouts I’d been struggling with. I explained how facials had only made things worse — my skin was purging, scabbing, and I was starting to feel so insecure because I’d never dealt with skin issues before. Legit I didn’t want to leave my house because of it. Zeina had mentioned laser options for acne that I was skeptical about at first but after talking with her and Megan and getting educated on how it works, I decided to give it a try. SO, SO GRATEFUL THAT I DID. On top of being an expert in her field, Megan was so kind and genuine — when she really didn’t have to— and went the extra mile for me. she took the time to listen and when she sensed I was skeptic, she offered to let me try one of their skin laser treatments. It was truly LIFE CHANGING. My skin has never looked or felt this good. There was ZERO down time, I’m literally crying while I’m writing this. On top of that, She even customized my skincare routine to fit my exact needs, so I’m no longer wasting money on random products that don’t work. She walked me through every step, gave me simple instructions, and completely transformed how I care for my skin. Unlike typical people who just try to sell you, Megan was putting back products that I was ready to buy, but didn’t necessarily need. She shows up, with passion, for her clients. From the moment you walk in, It’s obvious she puts her heart and soul into this. I wasn’t even there for a skin treatment that day, yet she went above and beyond just out of kindness and passion for what she does. I now have my Neo laser appointments booked in advance because I honestly can’t live without it. The girls here are so dedicated and committed to their clients, I felt so pampered. It helped that they’re so knowledgeable about and devoted to what they do, so much so that it makes House of Drip next level wellness center. They changed my entire life. 😭❤️ forever grateful.

Liana gave me the best facial I’ve ever had! From start to finish, the entire experience was amazing. She was so warm and welcoming, and took the time to ask about my skin concerns before tailoring the treatment specifically for me. The products she used felt incredible, and the facial massage was next-level—I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep! My skin has been absolutely glowing since, and I walked out feeling refreshed, pampered, and confident. Liana is truly talented and passionate about what she does. I can’t wait to book with her again—highly recommend!
