I have been on the program for only 1 week and I am 7 pounds down!! I feel great, more energy and I am losing weight. Nutrimost has been very effective. I can't believe it, I'm losing a Lb a day! I'm eight days into my diet, and have lost 7 lbs. I found the right food combination, and now I think I should be able to not cheat. A big factor is finding a meat and vegetable combination, but I get a pretty broad list. Totally worth the money. The best investment I've made. Lost 10 pounds my first week! Currently at 32 pounds with around 2 weeks left. The staff is very helpful and I know I have access to them anytime I have a question or problem. I would recommend this program to anyone who seriously wants to change their life.
