I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Conroy and the staff at Boost. I was interested in better understanding my health at a deep level, but I didn’t have the time nor the expertise to pore through all of the research/podcasts/articles out there let alone try to make sense of it all for myself. Dr. Conroy does all of that for me, his assessments and advice are always rooted in research and most importantly, I have gotten so much healthier and have a much better grasp of how my lifestyle decisions affect my health.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Conroy for a year, and he’s the first doctor who’s truly taken a whole-person approach to my health. He listens carefully, explains thoroughly, and focuses not just on living longer, but on living well. While most doctors are reactive—treating illness when it shows up—Dr. Conroy is proactive. He helps you prevent disease and stay fully engaged in the things that make life meaningful: family, friends, travel, and purpose.

Dr. Conroy, Maggie and his entire team have been great. Both my wife and I went in skeptical at first but we decided to be open minded and sell out. We’re 53 years old and just didn’t like where we were at health wise and we were tired of taking medical advice from “gym rats” and “Dr Google” so we decided to give a real Dr a try. Boy were we wrong about our health! 3 months into it I was having some issues with double vision, balance, hearing and bad headaches and he suggested I get a head scan done. As I walked in the house that night, yes that fast, he called and broke the news that I had a tumor growing inside my head and had me in with a great, the best in my opinion, neurologist the very next morning. I had it 15 years, they think, and all I could ask was “why didn’t anyone catch it sooner”. After 7 months of surgeries and tireless PT I’m getting there because of Dr. Conroy. He and his staff have been there every step of the way and he has me as a patient forever…he has my FULL medical trust, which is saying a lot lol. Physically since seeing him I’m sleeping better, my headaches are gone and I’ve lost 50 pounds…more importantly no more tumor and my blood work is great!
