Comprehensive, data driven and encouraging- 3 ways I would describe my experience working with the Longevity Clinic. The team designed an approach to prioritize and improve my physical health. I have been very driven in the business world and am now on track with my personal health.

This team CARES ABOUT YOU!!! Which feels so impossible to find these days! I’m very open and honest about my struggles with PCOS and constant weight gain with little to no loss even in a caloric deficit. The team truly cares about my feedback and works to find something that truly helps rather than just taking supplements that doesn’t make a difference. I did the Weight Loss lab kit through them and got so much helpful information that I’ve never been given before, and the team at Longevity was able to suggest supplements based on those results. I apparently have high levels of cortisol at night, which causes my sleep to be super broken and not restful at all. I was recommended a supplement called Cortisol Manager and was told to take when winding down for bed. OMG-this stuff is AMAZING! I am recommending it to everyone! Seriously the best sleep I have had in 10 years, and it’s all thanks to the amazing crew at the Longevity Clinc!
