Zen Flow

I always wondered what an IV would feel like so I went here for my first time! Annie and everyone at Zen Flow made me and my husband feel comfortable and welcomed. We both got the Detox & Recover and it was exactly what we needed on our vacation in Seattle. After traveling from across the country on a red eye and a week of going out to restaurants & bars we felt tired, dehydrated, and depleted of our normal intake of vitamins and nutrients. After our IV, we really did feel energized, relaxed, and confident our bodies will recover from breaking out of our routine. One thing I didn’t realize would have such an effect was quality of sleep I got after treatment and how great I felt waking up the next morning. This was the best way to recover from whatever I had put my body through! The rooms at Zen Flow were spotless and well taken care of. Choices of chairs, decoration, and all the little details were obviously well thought out. You don’t feel like you’re in a sterile hospital room, but in a serene spa far from the city’s hustle and bustle. The crew even put on music that we liked, dimmed the lights, and we had time alone while the IV dripped. It was like going on a date but instead of getting shots of alcohol, we got shots of rejuvenation! The nurse was professional and hygienic. She made sure to check our vitals and go over all of my questions about the IV before administering our shots. All in all, we highly recommend Zen Flow and are super happy we got IV’s. Our only downfall is that we don’t live near to be able to be regulars here. 🥹 Thank you to the whole Zen team!

This was such an easy, chill process. All of the staff here is so great and makes you feel right at home. If you’re looking for that extra boost of recovery, you should definitely come to Zen Flow for a top tier experience!

Amazing and considerate staff at this IV office! Everyone was super friendly and patient answering any questions we had. Lan took great care of me and my boyfriend from start to finish for our IV session while offering affordable prices. We will definitely coming back thank you! UPDATE: Has been exactly one year since we visited and was greeted by nurse Lan again! She remembered us and did our IV treatment. Her patience and precision made the entire process painless and as easy going as catching with a familiar friend. Highly recommend Lan and Zen flow for any hydration needs.
