Gloria is absolutely amazing! She takes the time to get to know you, makes you feel comfortable, and explains everything thoroughly. She never rushes your visit and is always so accommodating. I’ve been struggling with acne for a while, and Gloria has done an incredible job helping me get my skin back to normal. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a facial or massage, you’ll be in great hands!

My first visit with Floria at Tri-Star Facial Massage and Spa and it was the most relaxing experience I’ve had in a long time. The office is pleasantly decorated and you immediately get a welcoming feel when you enter the facility. Prices are reasonable and she doesn’t upsell you. Gloria is meticulous and explains everything she is doing and is very knowledgeable about skin care. I will now become a regular customer. If you want to be taken care of and walk out of there feeling like a queen, then you need to check out this spa.

I absolutely love Gloria and had an amazing experience! My MIL had purchased a gift card for my birthday. She paid for 2 facials. I didn’t feel comfortable with the idea of someone touching my face to begin with. I had no clue what I needed either. Most facial places have a treatment menu you need to pick from. $25 for X. $50 for Y etc etc. Gloria has a contraption (like you look into at the eye doctor) but it analyzes your face. All the layers. I got to learn I needed more oxygen in my deeper layers. I mean how else would I know that? The facial was $70 and she targeted my specific face. She did the scan and followed a regime specific to my issues. Gloria is such a wonderful person who has a passion for what she does. She stays up on scientific and product advancements in skincare. She tries to keep a stock of products, like the ones she uses, available for sale and will also educate you about them. Now I can’t understand how any of the other facial spas can even be in business. This is the way.
